Welcome to the Winter 2014 Full Circle Wellness Newsletter


Brrrr – you don’t need me to tell you it’s cold out there! We at Full Circle Wellness know how hard it is to keep motivated to exercise, eat healthily and not let all the hard work you did in Summer go to waste!

One of our boot campers, mentioned to me that “Summer bodies are made in Winter” – and she is so right! We all want to look and feel our best as soon as it starts to get warmer, so I encourage you to stay motivated and inspired during the next few months!


WINTER MOTIVATION BLOG
To help you, myself and my intern, Julienne have put together this Winter Motivation blog on my website – every Wednesday we will be releasing a new blog post on how to stay healthy and fit this Winter, with home exercises and activities to do every 2nd Monday as well! This is a great resource to use and to keep you going when you feel like reaching for a Mars Bar!

WINTER SPECIAL - UNLIMITED BOOT CAMP CLASSES
To help you stay motivated we are offering a Winter Special of UNLIMITED Boot Camp Classes for R600 per month - attend as many classes as you want! We now have 7x classes a week, so can train 7x a week if you want too!

Only looking to come 1x a week? - you can do that too! Monthly packages start from R250 for 4x classes!
