ONLINE CLASSES | INFORMATION
REGULAR CLASS SCHEDULE
– Monday Pilates 15:45pm
– Wednesday Bootcamp 6am | Pilates 9am | Body Conditioning 15:45pm
– Friday Bootcamp 6am | Body Conditioning 9am
EQUIPMENT YOU NEED:
Please always have a mat/soft towel handy for class & please always keep a set of 3-5kg weight/3- 5 litre bottles of water or a heavy “weight” equivalent (text book etc) nearby for class to use as resistance when needed. If you need any other props (chairs, pillows, tin cans, brooms, panty hose etc) – I will let you know ahead of time.
R300 for 4x classes, R500 for 8x or R600 for unlimited classes per month. You can attend any classes on the schedule, just log in! Classes are payable upfront at the start of the calendar month and need to be used within that one month invoice period. Your first class is free!
WHAT TO DO:
– once you have created an account with Zoom, log in with that account and click JOIN MEETING
The meeting ID and password will be sent to you ahead of time
Prior to your first class, we’ll arrange a complimentary 15min zoom assessment where we’ll chat about injuries, limitations and goals. We’ll also address any special needs and what equipment you may have at home. We’ll practice setting up your phone and camera so that you can me and most importantly so that I can see you!! (It’s very interactive!! I have you up on a big screen in my gym so I don’t miss a thing, it’s like I’m right there!)
Online training takes some getting used to but with a little practice and preparation, you can continue to exercise at home while remaining safe and healthy in these exciting times!
