Natural Protein Bars

My client shared her favourite protein bar recipe with us! I will try to make some on the weekend and share a photo- enjoy!!

500g oats
500g peanuts
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp vegetable oil (can substitute with coconut oil for a healthier version!)
1 tub smooth cottage cheese
2 medium bananas


In a food processor/blender grind up oats (place in the mixing bowl). Grind up the peanuts and place in the bowl with the oats. Mix remaining ingredients with the oats and peanuts. It’s easier to use your hands when mixing. Line a dish with greaseproof paper and press the mixture down. Refrigerate over-night, cut into desired size.
