BOOT CAMP CLASSES, BODY CONDITIONING AND PILATES CLASSES

Please see directions and instructions here (coming from Cape Town):
- Take the M3 and travel in the direction of Muizenberg
- Take the Kendal Road turn-off
- At the T-Junction, turn left (in the direction of Diep River)
- You are now on Kendal Road
- About 30m down the road, take the 1st RIGHT, into EDISON DRIVE
- Travel 10m down Edison Drive, take the first LEFT into NEWTON WAY
- Travel about 300m down the road, (you will go straight through a 4-way stop). You will come to a small field with some trees on your right. Turn RIGHT into the road after this field (called DARWIN WAY)
- Follow Darwin Way around the bend, the road will become SCHOOL SIDE ROAD. You will round the bend and see the hall immediately on the left-hand side.
- It is a big white hall – there is a huge sign out front that says “Meadowridge 1st Scout Hall” – you can’t miss it! The Meadowridge Soccer Fields are behind the hall.
- There is off-street parking – please drive inside the gate and park diagonally inside.
