DECEMBER HOLIDAY PLANNING – use your holiday time to finish 2019 healthier than when you started!

Please note that Full Circle Wellness will be closed for the following dates during December holidays:
• Group Classes (Boot Camp, Pilates and Body Conditioning) will run until Friday, 13 December – therefore only 2 weeks of classes – invoices will be adjusted accordingly – but if you only do only usually train once a week, I strongly encourage you to try and train 2x a week for that short two week period that classes are available – come on, you can do it!!
• Personal Training sessions will run as normal from Tuesday, 17th December up until (and including) Tuesday, 24th December. There will also be Personal Training sessions available on Monday the 30th and Tuesday the 31st December (for those who want to finish the year strong!!)
• Clients who usually attend Group Classes but wish to keep fit during the class closure are welcome to book some personal training sessions to their schedule at a discounted rate – let me know if you are keen to make your Summer holidays your healthiest yet!
• All classes and PT sessions resume from Monday, 6 January (usual full invoice month)
