Body Conditioning

– Body Conditioning:   Ladies Only Class with low-impact exercises, designed to get your heart rate pumping, but without the scary push-ups! Think resistance band training, dumb-bell aerobics, yoga, pilates and core work! From R340 for 4x classes per month.
