  • FITNESS ASSESSMENT RESULTS

Great way to chart your progress and set some goals! Fitness Assessments take place on the last Wednesday morning, Wednesday evening and Thursday evening class of the month. Don’t miss out!

  • ACCOMPLISHMENT BOARD APRIL

  • SUPER HERO CHARITY DASH *DATE CHANGE

This super-cool race has changed its date to Sunday, 28 May at 10am, Mouille Point Lighthouse. Use your 5km to make a difference and participate in this fun Super Hero Dress Up event! More info at http://superherodash.co.za/

  • RACE CALENDAR

In addition to the Super Hero 5km, there are also 3x other great events to get involved in – the 5km/10km/21km Slave Route Challenge on 14 May, the 12km FNB One Run on 21 May (my birthday!) as well as the 5km and 8km Bench2Bench on Saturday, 27 May on the Constantia Greenbelt – more info and entry links here: http://www.fullcirclewellness.co.za/events/list/

  • FULL CIRCLE WELLNESS TEAM STRAVA ACCOUNT

Full Circle Wellness has joined Strava! If you would like to track your runs online amongst other Full Circle Wellness boot campers, you can join our Special Online Club – follow this link to sign up https://www.strava.com/clubs/265955 You can see how well are you doing and it keeps a great record of your running. NOTE: some Polar watches record Boot Camp sessions into the Strava platform, but I have noticed that my Fit Bit only records activities with GPS. Let me know if you have any questions and let’s get our Full Circle Team online moral going!

  • WELCOME NEW TRAINER CHARLOTTE!

Full Circle Wellness is delighted to welcome new trainer Charlotte to the Full Circle Wellness Team – she will be assisting Claire with some evening and morning boot camp classes. Think NEW ways of moving, NEW exercises and NEW ways to keep the body guessing = NEW results and improved FINTESS!  Welcome Charlotte!
